Unbelievably - having lived in Paris almost 6 years - I made my first Isabel Marant purchase just recently. Its a camisole top in the same fabric and style as the white sleeveless top you posted luckyme as few pages back. I love it ! It's very wearable and cute layered over a thin tank as it's pretty voluminous. If I have a chance I'll post pics later.

I would be interested in checking out the black and green floral print dresses and tunics shown on the Spring catwalk but they have yet to arrive in store/

Thanks....the first dress pictured above I tried it on...it looked terrible on me, it looked like a huge sack and not in a good way and it was the smallest size and Im tall...but you can get different versions of the dress...

i am so SOOO freakin excited that we've started stocking Isabel Marant at work. I've been saying they should do it all along and finally, it's here! Pretty selected but still....damn, I love looking at it all. Just wish I had more funds to purchase them, though. :/

I saw an Asian woman wearing that scarf in pink/brown yesterday, it's beautiful! Ah, another fashion crush!! I so want it now...

I'm watching "La Mode, la Mode, la Mode" on French tv and Isabel's talking about her FW 0809 show, how she was inspired by Native American's broderies. The collection is so so wonderful!

For anyone who's interested, Hejfina in Chicago has very few pieces at the moment...though I guess they're expecting more in a few weeks. It doesn't sound like they're getting any of the keffiyah pieces though (according to the person I spoke to).

Of course, while I was there I found an IM dress on sale which I hadn't seen last time I was in .

softgrey - it's black...though a very dull, matte black...and the fabric is a virgin wool/silk mix. To be honest, it reminds me of furnishing fabric...

pics of the two pieces that came from curve yesterday. I love them both and got lucky with fit, sometimes its so hard to order over the phone.

also, what do you think of these two from the F/W 08.09 season? I think they are my favorite looks.
