Has anyone else got the stripey mohair jumper Kate Moss wears in the campaign? I just got it and had to go up a size. Wondered if anyone else found the same. Also got the Ben coat (same as the baki but longer) and love it.

Etoile and the main line are always mixed up in the show.

^I always wondered about that, too. I actually thought there was en Etoile and a main line version of some pieces, never realized they were all mixed up in the runway shows Oddly I usually like the Etoile collection a lot more than the main line.

I usually like the Etoile collection a lot more than the mainline as well. I find the clothes more casual and -me-, and not too trendy. But for the jackets, I prefer the mainline jackets!

I'm really annoyed by how all French brands we get here have stores full of blatant Marant rip offs. I went to the Maje store today and couldn't believe it when I saw the Marant "inspired" boots, jackets, coats, pants, etc. There were about five pieces that weren't identical to the Marant collection and those looked very similar to other trendy designer items The worst is that Maje is pretty damn expensive themselves and I don't understand why since the prices are clearly not justified by original designs.


I saw all the new Etoile jackets and coats in store today and I want them all. They're loooovely.
