it seems to be some kind of fish eye lens...and the angle makes them look like hobbits. Though japanese people are short generally...

i have to say, when it comes to japanese streetstyle i like the guys better than the girls...the girls seem to go a bit too far too often just makes me go

both are not chick and stylish. but they are still interesting.
