They're somewhat rare outside of Shibuya and Shinjuku but when they're in their element, they come out in droves. You really don't see much of them but they're not nearly as amusing as the male counterpart, the "sentaa boi" look.
hmmm... but i dont see how a centaa boy in his blonde hair and pristine burberry blouse can outbeat the strangeness of a girl in a giant hamster costume!
