no way I didn't know that!!! I thought it was some tarty blonde californian woman with gel nails who owned Juicy Couture.

What do you think Liz looks like?:lol:

My Dad got me a green juicy shirt back in 2000, before there was a juicy craze, and it was perfect for an eleven year old girl. that's all i have to say about this label/brand...

So, did you have a ritual burning of it once you became thirteen?

here is a breakdown of liz c's companies from the official website

^ I had no idea all that was under one umbrella, but it certainly explains the sameness ... they have alot to answer for :P

I just got the Terry Cloth Drawstring pants in "Naughty" (Pink) and the Vintage Corduroys "caesars palace" (blueish) at Nordstrom on sale. I really like them. I wouldn't pay full price for them however.

They own Mexx? I love Mexx, it's like a higher quality, more polished H&M. The other brands are very lack lustre except of course Juicy. Lucky Brand is so dull esp when Levi's has that heritage-hip thing happening, also theyre cheaper and excellent quality. I guess you can argue for Kenneth Cole although the whole line is always incredibly hideous and 90% off two months after it comes out.

I actually really like their velour jackets/hoodies. Paired with jeans, it makes a simple outfit to wear to class! However, I still see girls walking on campus wearing the full out track suit like it's 2002...

I love Juicy Couture!
I have one velour hoodie, 2 tubetops, 2 tubedresses, one nasty b*tch tee and one green longsleeve-top. I'm delighted.
Here in Sweden.. Juicy is very.. unknown..

But some of the clothes is just.. ugly.

I own two pairs of identical velour pants (not tracksuits) bought in century 21 for like 20 bucks and theyre are the most comfortable great looking things, while some of their stuff really is beyong hidous, I wouldnt bury them completely yet

Juicy Couture is nothing but bullsh*t on a plate put in front of 14 year old, pre-pubescent American girls. excuse my french, but when you start seeing the puke colored sweatsuits with a self-absorbed label on the ***, it only brings class down. what's even worse, is that it is hitch-hiking all over the map, from the wanna be bleach-blonde, "Cali" (crowd) to the Long Island, NY rich jewish girl on daddy's cash (crowd).
please people, try something with a little more mystique to it- are you this desperate for attention? even from an illegal immigrant hailing from mexico that loves nothing more than fulfilling his dreams of a little lolita?

i don't really like juicy but i LOVE the colors the tracksuits come in like these

^^ I love those! I want to get the pants with the pockets in the back.

I really LOVE this. But I am not going to pay the money they're asking. So I wont be getting it.

^^
agreed.

I can't say I hate Juicy Couture, because they're cashmere is unbelievably soft... :innocent:

Haha. me too. I only buy Juicy cashmere and Ralph Lauren. cuz, damn it. they're amazing

^ I agree. Their cashmere is amazing! I always wear cashmere track pants from Juicy when travelling.

I used to think Juicy was super tacky and horrid but after seeing it more frequently, I've grown accustomed to it.
I even brought myself to buy a track suit and purse too.
I like most of their stuff but some of their are novelty shirts just too much!
I mean their whole "Not That Into You" sparkly graphic t-shirt was just appalling!

But wow I can't believe Liz Claiborne has ownership over all those companies

I never really liked Juicy. However, I found a track suit and tshirt with "vicious" on it and now I MUST have it!

the only thing I have from Juicy is a black hoodie with rabbit fur on the inside. Jessica Simpson and Britney Spears had one and I thought it was cute. I love it. They're a little too expensive though. Target sells imitation Juicy Velour and terry suits sometimes. They just don't have the J pull zipper which i don't care about lol
