She did but to many she has become an icon from the past. There are quite a few designers who have openly spoke about her influence. I love Tori Amos, but I think Kate Bush was more original and timeless. Her 'strange' dancing and gipsy clothes are still in my mind as a chilhood memory.
i love wuthering heights, its one of my favorite tracks ever! i havent heard much from her, but judging from what i have, the woman is a mad genius! would love to hear those new songs
Yes, I love Aerial. I have never been let down by Kate's voice and I love her old videos. Speaking of videos...the video for "The King is Dead" is being played on Time Warner Cable's AOL Music on Demand. I only mention this because it's the only place I've seen this video...no VH1, no MTV-no surprise.
She's all I've been wanting to hear lately I love pretty much everything to which her name's attached, but I ought to mention, Army Dreamers is the most beautifully wistful song I've heard in a while.
Don't you just loathe finding a whole lot of beautiful photos to post in any particular thread, only to revisit it and realize what you've missed, and how they've been posted already for your instantaneous gratification...
I thought the fine print here was of some interest :
