They should have shown that video in her trial when she was accused of drug possession.

There never was a trial. The case was closed after they interviewed her for 80 minutes in last January. But yes, Kate is in her "element" in this.

What surprises me is why was this posted now? The video is a year old. There's been links to it in the Moss thread for ages.

SUPERMODEL Kate Moss is pregnant with Pete Doherty's baby, his uncle said yesterday.
And gardener Phil Michels added that the couple were overjoyed at the news.
He told the Sunday Mirror: "I have spoken to Pete twice about the baby and he has confirmed that Kate is pregnant."
It will be 32-year-old Kate's second child, after four-year-old Lila Grace with her ex, publisher Jefferson Hack.
Pete, 27, has a three-year-old son, Estile with former partner Lisa Moorish.
Phil said he spoke to Doherty on Friday when the singer called him from Italy, where he is performing with his band Babyshambles. The rocker told him Kate had had a scan, everything was fine so they were happy to share the news.​

Phil said: "They are both delighted and Pete sounded really excited."

Kate, who has been relaxing in Italy with drug addict Pete, is expected to make an official announcement in weeks.

Phil, 57, Pete's favourite uncle, added:

"That is why they want to get married. Pete told me they want a baby together to cement their marriage.

"I am made up for them. I wish them every success. They're so happy, they love each other. I can't wait for the wedding - we are just waiting for a date."

Two weeks ago, the Sunday Mirror revealed Kate, estimated to be worth £25 million, and Pete were trying for a baby.

Pete rejoined his bandmates for the gigs in Italy after quitting the British tour earlier this month following orders from Kate - known as "The Millionairess" by his close friends.

Heroin and crack addict Pete - who had just finished a successful month-long stint at the Priory Clinic in Southgate, North London - had started using again.

He was spending up to £500 a day on drugs. As a result, Kate told him to pull the plug on the tour so he could continue rehab with her at his side - away from the druggie lifestyle on the road. Those concerts have been rescheduled for next month.

The junkie singer who already has one child with Lisa Moorish is hoping that a baby will cement his rocky relationship with Moss.
An insider told the Daily Star: “Pete would love nothing more then to the father of Kate’s second child.
“He adores Kate’s daughter and thinks she’s a great mum. In an ideal world he’d love to become a dad again. But Kate is currently working hard in New York and he’s on tour.
“He thinks it could really help him. He told people in an Austrian bar that he really wants to ‘get Kate pregnant.”
However, he may be in for a disappointment as Moss recently revealed to her ex and father of her daughter, Jefferson Hack that he’s the only one she can imagine as the father of her children.
And he is a much better candidate for parenthood then Doherty…

Is being in love enough? Babies are not just objects to make a turbulant relationship work. To be honest I think they are more obbsessed with each other then in love. No matter how much I loved him I would never breed with Pete Doherty

Well, you're right somehow...but Kate has always been into bad boys, we all know that. And we also don't know if they are more obsessed with each other than in love, they're the only ones that can answer that question. We don't know Pete, maybe he has a good side too...we never know... I just hope that this is not going to be a mistake!!!
