It was back when she was doing promotions for Atonement in Los Angeles, so early December! Like around the 5th or 6th, I think.

I'm surprised they didn't give her bigger jugs on that poster. I don't think that was airbrushed too much. The Edge of Love one was way too over done in my opinion and I agree that she doesn't need much. Clear up a few spots or whatever, but they make people look computer animated these days they airbrush so much.

The Duchess Theatrical Trailer! It's got a very Marie Antoinette feel to it, I'm looking forward to seeing Keira in this!

Georgiana and Marie Antoinette were actually really good friends and were major fashion icons of their time. I'm surprised there hasn't been a movie that has featured both of them. Anyway, the trailer looks amazing. I can't wait!

I'm glad that she does, she is so good at them!!

I agree, I think she does extremely well in all her historic movies and period pieces. Sometimes it bothers me and I think, why can't she do a contemporary film. But the more I think about it, the more it shows her depth as an actress and her commitment to her craft. Doing a period piece requires her to not only let go of her exterior, but she also has to change her movements, facial expressions, etc. To me it seems that doing a historical film is much harder than another type of film.

I dont really know anything about the real life Duchess though. I have to go look her up on Wikipedia. I hate going into movies, not knowing anything about the characters, their impact, etc. Keira is going to do a great job with this, I can't wait to see the film.

If you are curious, the movie is based on the book by Amanda Foreman. I got curious enough to go buy the book and so far, so good- I cannot wait to see Keira in this.

Thanks for the recommendation kylenrose. I read the reviews on amazon.com, and a lot of people like it (of course there are some that hate it, but whatever). I think I might go to Barnes and Noble tonight and have a look- I'm really intrigued by the Duchess. And you liking it so far, is a plus.
