just watched the womensaid domestic abuse ad on the guardian website, i realize this forum is about her style. But felt i had to comment, big kudos for her for showing a real portrayel of domestic abuse issues, its an issue that happens to all walks of life and her being involved really moves away from a stereotypical "battered housewife" image (not that these types of women arent affected) it showed that if it can happen to someone with a protrayed successful life then it can happen to anyone. I liked the way they moved from the "film set" to the real life, i thought it was a powerful message and while the violence at the end was very uncomfortable to watch i really think that it will affect peoples outlook regarding this issue.
Joe Wright was director on this ad too.
