Kris Humphries' Annulment Filing: Cites Fraud!
Kris Humphries went and did something you don't see every day.
The basketball player filed for both a legal separation from Kim Kardashian and a nullification of their entire union—one seemingly negating the other.
What it really means is that Humphries wants an annulment, but if he doesn't get one, he'll take a separation. According to the dual filing obtained by E! News, Humphries went with the catch-all "irreconcilable differences" as the reason he wants a separation.
But what was the rationale behind the requested annulment? Humphries checked off "fraud." View the documents here
Which sounds dire, but is also really quite normal in these cases, fraud being the reason cited by Renée Zellweger when she struck her seven-month marriage to Kenny Chesney from the record.
Humphries also noted that property rights are be determined, asked that the court not award his soon-to-be ex-missus any spousal support and requested that Kardashian pay his legal fees.
But though the paperwork was filed today in Los Angeles Superiort Court, Humphries was thousands of miles away.
The Minnesota native and his mom are in Washington, D.C., for the Partnership for a Healthy America's inaugural Building a Healthy Future summit. Humphries was seen Tuesday at the Omni Shoreham hotel attending a luncheon and several seminars.

The Spin Crowd star Jonathan Cheban has reportedly sought legal advise about launching a $5 million libel or defamation action against the basketball player — who split from the socialite after 72 days of marriage in October — after he called him “gay” during a filmed exchange.
“Jonathan was offended,” a source said. “He is not gay and Kris’ comments were derogatory, a slur against his character and given it’s being broadcast on a program that airs internationally, it has the potential to cause serious damage to Jonathan’s reputation.”
It is believed Kris mocked Jonathan because he had never hooked up with Kim during their friendship, with the “fight” filmed for Kourtney & Kim Take New York.
“There is a huge fight in the episode, between Jonathan and Kris. Kris repeats the slur, over and over again, so much so that Jonathan stops talking to Kris at one point, during the series,” the soruce added.
“Kris uses some seriously ugly and homophobic language.
“The bottom line is Jonathan is not gay. This just goes to show how ignorant and immature Kris was during his marriage to Kim.”

The little girls are crying because of the "role-models" the media offers them...
I can't understand why nobody believes Kim is crying on that clip. I mean, she has no real talent right? And those look to be real tears...Anyway, yawn, sorry, didn't realize people were still talking about that.
ETA--That little girl is cute, but we all grow up and move on to better role models. At that age Mickey Mouse was it for me. Funny though, nobody seems to be blaming her parents for allowing her to watch such a program. Easier and more fun to blame Kim. Or it could be another publicity stunt proving she actually has fans!

No no no NO!!! Why WHY would people buy a magazine dedicated entirely to that family??? Can someone please tell me what is so appealing about them? what are their talents? why should they be role models? how do they contribute to society in a positive manner? if these are the role models for the future leaders of this country and the rest of the world, shouldn't we be shaking in our boots because we're as good as doomed? I'm really afraid for MY own future and now I can't wait for Richard Branson to build Virgin Galactic Hotel on the moon so i can move. At least I can watch the destruction from a far away place!

The first time I had a notion of Kim's existence was because she used to party with Paris Hilton, then the sex tape (which I saw
