I’ve been collecting a lot of Alber for Lanvin for the past year. It’s insanely cheap. Since I started to collect clothes, this is probably the least I have ever spent on a brand.

It's cheaper because he's not hype, which I'm kinda thankful for sorta. I mean I want him to stay recognized for what he did because he totally deserves it, but it's great his stuff isn't that popular and astronomically expensive right now so the people that actually do love his work can be the one's who have an easier access to it and actually cherish it. Imagine the tribe of instagram depop people that decide to ruin everything in the most brainless way possible getting ahold of him. But I don't think it'd ever happen at this point because his stuff is mostly way more mature and personal than the yas queen mother god dropped the bomb on mothershima and cuntasaki like Mugler or Gaultier or Galliano which is what the low attention span fashion fans are dying to collect and show off right now.

"Designed to be presented with Lanvin's haute couture collection in 2012" my ***. Lanvin shuttered their couture division 20 years prior after rounding up 50 million euros in losses. Their last couture collection was for SS92 by Claude Montana.
