wow....those models have every ounce of my admiration for being able to walk in those shoes.....

from the first few pics i was worried this collection wouldnt live up to my expectation....
but thankfully i was proven wrong...
it is certainly not what i expected.....
but it is beautiful in an entirely different way.......
i absolutely adore it.....
so refined....luxurious....understated....
the dark colors....the way the material folds....
it is magnificent...the quality just jumps out from the pictures....
the definition of the waist....
the clean lines and shapes....
for me, everything about it is divine....
it is so controlled.....
that is where elbaz is genius, to me...
he always knows precisely where to draw the line...
where to be decorative and to explore....where to splash out...
and where to pull back....where to let a simple line do its thing....
even without the decorative touch that seems so true to his style... this still feels entirely 'lanvin'.... every single piece is true to a feel and a design ethic that is so consistent and smooth.....
its superb....i love it all....
it looks as though it would be supremely flattering too....
i want every last piece....
....

I love everything Lanvin except the sequined dresses at the end...the shoes are killers (pun intended)...the dresses are gorgeous, so effortlessly chic...it isnt the best Lanvin show but beautiful nonetheless

The more I view this collection, the more I love it. I'm sick of the bows and embellishments that have been the trend as of late. This collection is so chic, it's crazy 
wow, am so disappointed. i was looking forward to this collection but it turned out to be very...boring. the only thing i like would be the shoes. everything else just seems too blah. we re so used to Lanvin showing magnificent dresses that this season just seems like it s been quickly done and there wasn t enough thought of work put into it. but the shoes once again are

I totally see where you're coming from Lena, the shoes remind me of "stripper heels"! But I don't know there's something about them that's pulling me towards them.. I simply can't figure it out!
