Lanvin S/S 2010 : Jamie Bochert by Steven Meisel

I thought it was 2 girls fighting! It's still a cool concept.

Sorry Elbaz but this ones a no no.
Dissapointing. Lacks so much considering the mind blowing ads from past seasons.

Her body is very manly. I don't know, it looks weird. But It's a nice Ad.

I love this, but they really should have used a model with a very feminine body. Jamie's body looks very masculine and the clothes do no favours for her figure. And her arms look very Madonna-esque, no? :innocent:

Lara Stone would have suited this campaign much better; her curves would work so well.

She bettah work! Homegirl gettin paid. I like her a lot. She is very versatile yet still remains as herself. So post-post-modern, I guess.

Love this :heart:im not a big fan of Jaimie so the big face doesnt bother me but i love how the dresses look so dramatic, great posing:D

I'm not really liking this as I would have preferred to see face and I even more don't like how it looks she has been photoshopped onto the background .

After reading the thread title, I immediately got sad 'cause the rumors were true at all that she got this one. But after seeing the campaign, I think I like it! :D^_^ I think it looks great somehow especially the fact that we can't see her face!:D Love the movement plus the focus is definitely on the clothes. Great job Meisel! :)

I actually think it could've been much more striking seeing Jamie's face

Agree, I so hoped we would! Still, there's a hope. And I'm not sure if I love it, such simple background doesn't really work for me. Well, maybe it doesn't work yet.

I love the movement in these ads! I must admit I liked past seasons better such as SS09 and FW09 , but these aren't bad at all.

The movement in this is pretty amazing indeed - wow!
Though - after longer reflection, I don't think it's that overwhelming. I certainly agree that I would've enjoyed this way more with Jamie's face being more visible (at least in one shot). Still, great campaign overall.
