it will turn brown with time, the finish is called patina. you can speed it up by exposing the leather to sunlight, oils on your hands, oxygen... so don't keep it in the dustbag. However, I don't recommend putting anything on the untreated leather (nor do the LV SAs)

do you think you can still wear the louis vuitton perforated speedy in the fall and winter or is it only a summer bag?? i bought it in early august but i dont want to stop using it!! haha opinions are greatly appreciated!

^ i think you'll be ok using it in the fall/winter even if it was the fuchsia one because the color is so subtle that you hardly notice it. plus, a hint of color doesnt hurt =)

if you got the green/orange one, it'll be perfect for fall/winter!

Have you tried calling 866vuitton? if they cant locate one, call and search around Saks/NM because sometimes those inventory arent checked by 866vuitton

@vvs1 it didn't happen to me since I would call my nearest store (if I didn't live in a city with a store ). In which country do you live? Just go to www.vuitton.com and search their shops based on your continent etc. I can understand that LV in the US won't ship international since they have shops all over the world anyway. Are you looking for a specific item? Limited Edition?

i'm so not feeling thhis whole Damier azur collection, the color is just a bit weird to be tamed with the biegey leather handles and things.. i really dont know
