A couple of days ago she won the Michael awards which benefits Leukemia patients. Supposedly it was won previously by Cindy, Naomi, Claudia, and Christy for high fashion model of the year. Given the number of top models today how is Lydia in the supermodel leagues, she cute and even beautiful but isn't at that level.

When you take into consideration her height, which can render a model un able to work, and yet she has booked countless HIGH PROFILE jobs despite being 5'6" (168cm).
It may also have to do with the fact that she is into other things, like Darfur and replenishing the earth, etc.

She deserves it in my eyes. Go Lydia

Or that she's a Hearst. Or one of the prettier vapid socialites craving for a regular photo-op.

At least she's very pretty. I do think she's a good model. But beauty and modelling skills alone won't take anybody anywhere.
