After watching last night i now Alice. I thought her shoot in New York looked so much like Carrie from SATC.

I still don't really like Kate, but i can see how she might be good for Haute Couture like Chanel or something.

Sam's quite good, I don't know why but i can just see her in a Moschino ad (weirdblink:

And Joanna does have that whole 70's thing going on, which is cool.

On the whole Jasmine thing, imho she was a b*tch, but i have to admit some of the things she said were true.....

OMG -finally I am back online so I can vent. I missed the first few eps -the first one I watched was the one in which they evicted Emily -HOLY COW!! She was the the most beautiful and modelesque of the lot. These ******** people have clearly watched season 2 of ANTM where they kept telling April she 'over analysed' because Perou who seems so thick used that exact phrase. What the HELL does it mean?!?!? There is no such think as over-analysing. Can't they say you look too dead or clinical in photos instead? Over-analysing my ***. Also Rachel Hunter is the ugliest women ever. She was so hard and harsh sounding when she evicted Emily and Abbie. At least Tyra Banks was a proper model once -she did the Paris shows and is far more gorgeous than any of the other girls on her show -ie someone to look up to. Rachel Hunter is an escapee from a mental asylum. Other than Kate and the other kooky brunette, the have five of the most awful looking girls left. Madness.

^^ I agree!! I have only watched one episode of that Make Me A Supermodel, and the one i did watch was when they kicked out 2 girls at once. Im not familiar with her name, but the one with the dark brown hair was so pretty. She looked like a model!
Most of the other girls who were elft had no class at all! The way one of them spoke sounded like a chav. I really hope whoever wins is deserving of it. Rachel Hunter is such a wannabe Tyra Banks..at least ANTM had better assignments and probably a bigger budget to do more things with the wannabe models.

I've been watching this show and have to say that as cheesy as ANTM is I find it more palatable than Make Me a Supermodel. I think what it boils down to for me is that IMO on ANTM the criticism appears to be more constructive, whereas on MMAS the judges just seem to be being downright nasty in a way that is demoralising rather than constructive...

Although I didn't like Jasmine, she did have an attitude, I think that Rachel Hunter is just a joke.
In terms of the programme I didn't like it much at the start but I have really got interested in it lol!

Emily had a 'look' that was good for runway but she really looked sick and like she was constantly ill.

I like the final three. So much more potential than any ANTM final three. the max mara thing was great- LOVED the dress joanna wore, those pleats were awesome.

Isn't Jasmine a poisonous little viper? Totally lacking in class, intelligence or looking, IMO. She is just so nasty! I couldn't believe what she said about Jo! Bitter cow...
I really REALLY dislike Jasmine. I wouldn't spit on her if she was on fire, let alone buy a magazine with her mugging on the front cover. I hope she doesn't get a contract with any of the agencies. She is so venomous. Also, tonight she looked puffy-faced and small-eyed. She's tacky, insensitive and just plain yuck. Ugh.

Camilla is nearly as bad; she is an insipid copy of her 'friend' Jasmine. She has no personality, is neurotic and prone to histrionics. Throw in that awful fake-tan she is now sporting and you have a look that is certainly not very model-like.

I like the final 3. Alice has really grown on me. She's got a great sense of humour, is articulate and I think she'd produce some stunning editorial work. I could also see Jo as a successful model. Kate, whilst absolutely gorgeous, is perhaps a little bland. If she could show a bit more personality, maybe she'd have a stronger chance.

Sam was OK, but a bit inelegant and loud-mouthed for my liking. Having said that, I could certainly see her doing something like Topshop - just not haute couture. She needs a bit more sophistication.

Is a total scandal Joanna still beeing in! She is a bloody size 12, no top designers in their right mind would put her o the catwalk with models mostly beeing a size 6. Plus, she is way to old now! Most models is discoverd when their 15-16.



The Super Model thing is going straight downhill now, I can bet my pennyes after this we wont hear anything about it. Or the model who won.

I liked Jasmine but I could se from the start hat she was a little on the short side, secially nowdays, when you have giants like Carmen Kass etc. Jasmine would disappear on the runway. But regardless of her personality, she had a VERY strong face. She was just short, and no models exept kate has relly made it beeing short.

But my favourite was Emily but I know she problaby had some eating dissorders and no agencies want to take on that
