His new image (the tan, his sl*tty clothes etc) shows very clearly that he is DESPERATE to get out of the "alternative/Grunge corner". Well, a "plastic product" like Lauren Conrad will definitly help him on that path.

on occasion i enjoy watching the hills and i enjoy watching marc jacobs' shows however i do not enjoy them combined. models should model, and reality tv stars should do whatever it is they do...which is usually nothing.

I do not like Lauren Conrad. I hope she has nothing more to do with fashion or any kind of TV crew/camera again. She does not deserve so much attention - she just seems to be frankly rather quotidian, boring and unoriginal.

She's been taking a few classes at at time at FIDM since early 2006. Last season there were a few scenes on her show with her at school. One of her teachers was Nick Verraros from Project Runway. He spoke highly of her in one of his blogs. Most events she attends are in LA where she lives so it wouldn't really be a challenge to attend.

I usually like the seperate the world of reality TV and fashion.

I refuse to believe this until I see it. I love Marc and this isn't the way to go.
