Mischa Barton for Keds

Keds is just genius for having her in their ad campaign. But still, even if SJP were to have worn them on SATC, I still can't see people flocking to buy em.

Although maybe younget teens that weren't around in the 80s (to remember the days of wearing keds so bright white they could blind you, sans the shoe laces ) may be into them.

The very first picture posted in this thread scares the living daylights out of me. What kind of pose is it? It reminds me of the inghams chicken advert where the girl doing yoga twists too far and her head totally snaps around 180 degrees.

A think the basic keds are really boring and not worth their money (though Jackie O was a fan), but the other stuff, like their printed flats and pull-ons are really comfortable and cute. Not a fan of Michas', but I love the ads. They give me that happy summer feeling. =]

Yes I remember the days when the only pair of shoes I owned were Keds. I remember trying to pry the logo off the back cause I thought it was cool. I agree, the normal keds aren't that great.... I laugh to myself when I see popular girls wearing them in school. But I do like the ballet flats. I have a soft spot for flats, but I am planning on getting the "Kitchy" skimmers in blue 'cause they're nice flats and will be good for fall. Oh, and the add pictures look fun!

Having Mischa Barton in their advertisements, along with a great new designs have really reinvented Keds. It's amazing to see how many people have bought Keds compared to couple of years ago when no one knew it even existed.

Nope, the pair I bought is one size bigger than my usual one.

I like the Keds ad's and I have to say that Mischa does a good job for it.

not that im expecting some million dollar campaign..but the keds ads are really boring and mischa has got to go
change the model and the photographer
