Models Who Aren't That Tall

Somebody said here that Natalia V is 5'7. Don't think so coz i saw Russian Glamour awards ceremony on TV and she looked REALLY tall compare to everyone that was on stage with here. I think she looked more like 178 cm or even taller.

No, I don't think so. In Nignij Novgorod's agency she was listed as 174 cms, so I think that simply those who were on stage are low

Luca is obviously taller than Mona,i.e. she must be at least 5'7,she looks even 5'7.5-ish to me!that's still pretty short though

one Russian girl met Luca and she said that the latter is not that tall - 173 cms

I think her sister, Theodora told ELLE that she is 5'4 if I remember correctly. They are both quite short...(super short for a model!)

^^I was wearing very, very high heels when I went to see proscouts, and they didn't make me take them off, and I even got a callback. However, they made the girl in front of me take hers off, and her shoes were lower than mine!

Hasn't Solange always been listed as 5'10? At least, that's what I've seen most of the time. Sasha is definatly no taller than 5'8.5. As for Freja? I think that she is the height that IMG list her...they are a very honest agency it seems (apart from saying that Kate Moss and Mona J. are 5'8 )

Are they ?? I have doubts... Like they took Lonneke on recently and like she was always listed as 174 when she was with Pauline's which is 5'8,5 and everyone sort of new that 'cos she was well promoted by Guess and CoverGirl for some time... She was out of industry when she was 20 something, now at 24 she's back and they list her as 5'9, which is 175, in fact... I don't think she's grown, at that age...

It's all very fickle! Short girls being made taller, tall girls being made shorter - so they all can fit into that elusive 5'9" - 5'11" range!

I wonder about the correaltion between height and shoe size. Like, some people think they go hand and hand but others (take Gisele for example) will say that's not true seeing as how she wears a size 6 shoe. I'm close to/about 5'7 with a size 11 shoe. You guys think I'll grow any?

I don't know as to whether you will grow any.. you always may But the correlation between height and shoe size is not always there... One girl I know is 5'9,5 with a very, very small feet... I won't give you her exact size, but it's small, anyway...

notice that the shorter models (under 5'7")who are the most visible/popular are mostly the "celeb" models...lauren bush, lydia hearst, etc...being related to celebs kind of gives you extra points in the height category, no...a lot of these models wouldnt have made it on tyheir looks alone if it werent for their pedigree...liz jagger specially

Funny thing, maybe the girls like to be listed as taller, but you'd think clients would have a fit if she showed up for a job and was a different height, wouldn't you?
I also saw Paris Hilton on FashionTrance from Heatherette's show last year and she is very much shorter than the "real" models on the runway..I was suprised, especially with those legs- I took it for granted she was very tall!

Kimberly Stewart- At 5'11, she is the only socialte that could qualify. If she didn't look like a man, that is.

whats so great about her legs?
most women seem to have long legs regardless of their height, and shorter torsos. it's men that seem to have longer torsos.
