Morrissey / The Smiths

he said this last year, didn't he? as a joke, at a concert. could just be whoever the source is rehashing the same line for a cheap story.

it'd be so funny if it did happen. i would actually watch eurovision.

Of course it is bollocks, but I was surprised that BBC takes it siriously.

I always watch eurovision, family tradition^_^

Thought I'd bring this back....more Morrissey apprecation. Yes his ego doesn't need it but it's not like he'll ever read this!

I am rediscovering him and The Smiths...happy times.

seen morrissey in aberdeen last april he was amazing! he seemed to get a bit moody towards the end cos he got a bit of tape stick to the bottom of his shoe! Been a massive Smiths/Morrissey fan since 2004 when I saw him at glastonbury.

i love

*sigh* I heard he is going to do a 40something United State's tour. *crosses fingers*

Going to see Moz?

I have tickets for the Hollywood Bowl and the Oakland shows, and can't wait to see him. The presale password was GREATESTHITS, so I am hoping that is a hint as to what's on the setlist. Anyone else going to see him?

I got tickets to see him in Boston...June 26th:woot:

I have not seen him in concert since 97!!!

^ eek! i'm glad for you. This will be my first time and I plan on going to the Houston one and Austin and the one in New York! Ekkkkkkkk.

At the concert that I saw him at in 97....several people tried to get on stage. I was the only one succeeded and was rewarded with a hug from him.

Of course...I was much younger and crazier back then. I dont think Ill be rusing the stage this time. LOL!!!

:woot: Respect! Hope those going to see him have fun. I saw him live last year and it was so, so, so brilliant! ^_^

Oh Moz I love you. I used to listen to "Your Arsenal" in high school during economics class...B)

I just saw him a few weeks ago - he was brilliant, of course!

Since this is a fashion board, I should also point out that opening act/Moz protégé Kristeen Young wore an amazing dress made of ummm, large clear bubbles. Hopefully someone will find a piccie, it was very cool.

OMYGOD! I HATE YOU!! i tried to go up but lets just say my jeans were almost down to my knees when I was trying to climb since I had forgot my belt that day! So I decide to save my dignity and just cry when he was singing "Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want".:lol: Only two lesbians were able to go up on stage it was amazing... I was also right up close to my love one hahahah.

I'm sooo excited. I'm seeing them next saturday in Los Angelesss!!

<thinking of something relevant to type>

Oh! More US dates!

But sadly, none of them are near me. I did see a poster on a wall for the NYC dates when I was there during Fashion Week. I wish I could go back for a full week of Moz.

Even took a photo of the poster as I am a dork.
