Yeah...

(Was that booing from the audience when Nicola and that guy went for their bow?)

As much as I hate to say this, Mugler Fall 2012 was actually a great collection. The best Collection yet since Nicola took the helm. There were some pieces That were a mess but for the most part it was exquisite. However the runway was stupid and confusing it was models coming from every angle and I wasn't able to see every look.

I thought the same thing...I sure sounded like booing...

Overall, though, it was shockingly okay. I loved the beginning...

Some of the clothes were really good, but I'm sorry, all of that waiting for such a quick and ultimately underwhelming show...

I mean, this is Mugler, the house that helped redefine what a fashion show is.

I really enjoyed the show, the shapes, textures, colours. Completely agree that the show was really short, at first I thought it only appears for me.

I'm so tired of their cutouts and the way they slice the fabrics. It hurts my eyes and it's a shame to see fabrics destroyed like this.

It's better than last season for sure. Granted, even Kanye showed a better collection last season.

I really hate the way they do the cutouts with the fabric; it's so ugly and they just keep on doing it. It's just so. damn. hideous.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.....NO! :ninja:
Nicola should leave the fashion industrie (I guess I only liked the crocodile pants, and the red suit)! This is a shame, and to be called a fashion show, makes my stomach, eyes, brain & soul hurt! Sorry but this is bad, really bbbbbbaaaaaddddd...

i totally agree

This is an improvement from last season in that it would appear that the fabric, it's cutting and the construction technicals have all been delivered at a higher level of luxury this time. Many of the ideas and silhouettes do follow on from last season. With an added nod to the influence of Owens.

But that's Formichetti and team's difficulty - they're kind of inhabiting a positioning quite close to say Owens, Pugh, DeMuelemeester and more but just aren't as impressive. The short black asymmetric numbers with cut outs and hem lengths too short near to show's end, for instance, just didn't read right.

I look forward to seeing what Manish might conjuer at Paco Rabanne. I think the positioning of the PR show last season sort of more where the Mugler brand might be seen to better effect.

same silhouettes, same cut-outs, same brain that thinks of an over-complicated runway. ummm no thank you

This is stunning, there is a essence in this collection that I used to get from McQueen when Lee was alive. Fantastic, rich and in your face.
