I subscribed to her blog via Google Reader, which at the time, her posts were still present on her blog, and it still has those gathered on the feed. These posts were before the original fashionista.com article in July, 2011 which made her freak out.

I see, thanks. I'll have to find a way to see her deleted blog posts, too. It's probably easier to get real information about her identity from those?

And yes, Charlotte has had a London showcard for a few seasons now and she was in London for castings but as far as I know she walked only very few minor shows, so that's still a possibility.

But I'm interested in knowing who else it could be I still don't think we can actually know whether she's British, American or Australian because the are so many posts where she refers to "fellow Americans" and uses US-English but at the same time there are lots where her being European would make much more sense.

There's also a possibility of two models being behind it, no?

Uh oh, I think we've spooked her.

But I do think it's obvious that she only switched to "fellow americans" and "mom", after people were already guessing she was British. She just forgot to switch the less-noticable giveaways such as favourite/colour/humour

And the fact that she needed a visa to go to NYFW.

So I don't think it could be Charlotte, even if though are some similarities between the two!

Also I went to Charlotte's tumblr and she mentionned her boyfriend while AMA was "wistfully dreaming" about a guy she shooted with and how it was too bad she wasn't some curvy blonde.
I believe when a person write a blog he doesn't fully realize that the people reading will really pay attention and will remember details himself will forget having wrote about. It's too bad this person took her blog down without a word though.

Charlotte C. is a good friend of mine and she did not post that blog up. the only blog she has is her tumblr she told me someone asked her about it on her tumblr and she had no idea what "AMA" is. So i just googled this and found this thread.. I want to clear that up. And she is very happy with career and doing extremely well right now..and never says anything bad about it.
