Paris Haute Couture F/W 07.08 - Schedule

I noticed a new thread for "Zuhair Murad HC F/W 07.08 Paris", but I don't see this designer on the official schedule http://modeaparis.com/va/collections/2007hahc/index.html. I thought that the term "haute couture" could only be applied to design houses that have been granted the honor by the Federation. Does anyone have an explanation, please?
