Is the Lacroix news really wonderful? What I've seen of Lacroix menswear by Sacha Walckhoff have all been less than sub par and bares no relations to the designer himself besides the name.

However, I will hold back any judgement I have since this is the runway debut and not a presentation.

Yes Lacroix is back but without the master himself, they hosted a presentation as you said, and I actually really liked the collection, it's definately different from what they used to do, a lot more 'young', but i think Walckhoff can do a good job on the long term. He's got the Christian Lacroix DNA, he worked with him for more than 25 years.
About Galliano, the collection was ready before the whole scandal so they couldn't just throw al the clothes away, they had to present it and sell it in some way, but my guess is that it's going to be the last one.

Thank you Ives.. I find it bazaar that if these shows aren't being showcased live, why it isn't being publicised, or hasn't been announced on the website..

Maybe that designers can take note of that for next time..
