Fabulous CL's Jet! Did you go to Saks or online? It was absolutely chaotic at Saks in SF! Women running about everywhere..boxes strewn about and all of these lonely single shoes...hoping for a home. The SA's had a very dazed look in their eyes....

CiaoBella, I got these over the phone from an SA. It was quite the drama at every turn. I went to Saks the first day of the pre-sale and it was absolute mayhem. I heard it only got worse. I did stay up for the online sale, but as you know the online sale was a mess with endless technical difficulties. By 2am, I was so exhausted, I just bought the shoes I wanted, and got the price adjusted the next day. This has all been sheer insanity!

These will probably horrify some, but I bought these yesterday in support of one of my best friends going to the architecture journalist of the year awards as they're designed by the son of one of her favorite architects. Obviously I love them too. Anyways, she won the young journalist of the year award, and I got a pair of shoes that I can dance all night in. Double joy!
