Nothing too fancy, but I've been kicking myself for a year for not buying these when they were out last year. But by some sort of crazy miracle, I was randomly browsing aldo.com today and they had just one restocked, in my size, and 50% off retail price!

i was eyeing a dirt-cheap pair of forever 21 heels before finally deciding completely destroying my feet in cheap heels may not be a great decision, especially when they're 5 inches high... but i might have to give in for this pair. they're only $70 at dsw.com

hi velony, they are my shoe purchase for the season. crazy thing is saks.com just raised the price by $100 yesterday from what I paid on pre-order. what gives with that? (lucky for me, I also used a gift card towards the purchase which reduced the original $825 down quite a bit). I'm not impressed with the saks credo right now

The Gucci boots look fine though some might not like the gold button like things at the back.

MichelleYue - we are shoe twins! I have the same Stella wedges as well! Impressive black boot collection.

Lucky - the wedges are actually easy to walk in, especially for someone with a non-existent sense of balance like me. I plan to zip-sole them though, just to prevent a banana-peel incident! And what gives with the sudden increase in price for the Ann D boots? I wanted to take the plunge yesterday but was shocked at the sudden increase in price! WT!!!

They are actually super easy to walk in, easier than some of my other heels! I was impressed with the comfort when I tried them on.
