so i happen to have pics of these bc i almost listed them for sale today on the blog but i stopped myself... they are my new essentials for summer... plus they have an interesting story:

i got them at aldo for super cheap but the quality is amazing (it is not a "photo of wood" on the side!), however, here is what they originally looked like:



what is up with that hideous strap on the front?? it's like they had to put the shoe in an institution... anyway. a little leather is no match for me and my xacto knife:



so, now they're so much more wearable... and i refuse to sell them yet.
