Am I the only one that don't like Primark? I really can't stand it..

That Hammersmith one is good, I went there recently, and I agree too all I can find are the big sizes, and it's like a fight over the 8's!

when i lived in london i definitely had better luck at the hammersmith store--they were beginning renovation last time i went there so i'm sure it looks much better now

it was great for me as an american student who had been beaten down by the strength of the pound over the dollar... everything seemed so ridiculously cheap that it was fun to splurge on stuff and I got one of those sgt. pepper jackets that they had advertized in the vogue(?) supplement which was fun

I did find that the sizes tended to be huge though--the jacket is def too big for me but i still wear it from time to time anyway... it just has to be open because it looks really boxy if i try to clasp it together

Most certainly..you know the basic story 17 yrs old girls working for $0.15 per hour..But hey everyone does that. Even Esprit and so on.

^^ also they dont advertise and they have the plainest simplest of stores with cheapo crappy plain carrier bags .. they probally save loads of money this way.

I am afraid that I hate Primark
Its a horrible shop, full of tat. I do not get that people say, well for that price it does not matter if it falls apart after one wash! well, it usually does. I would rather buy something with abit more quality to begin with. Its just not my idea of a good store.
I feel grubby just thinking about it lol

And aswell i´m afraid that the shop will be empty on saturday,

I haven't been in any Primark in ages, the last good things I saw were thes black satin flats but they were sold out except for a size 4, and these red sparkly dorothy style shoes.

If I want something and I only have about £5 then I might go to Primark, but that's the only time. The stuff is bad quality, it's itchy, and the shop is always in a mess

I personnally don't see the attraction in Primark! I've tried going in and looking around but I find nothing! even while everyone else in the shop is parading about with mountains. Even the odd thing I've tried on either fits horrendously...and sometimes I've got something in the same style for TopShop or Urban that fits and suits me really well!
I don't get it.

I just love Primark flower dresses & tunics but I can inly buy them on ebay so I don't know anything about the store or the other items

ladies, have you been to the new Oxford St store? It is huge and has the best selection - just don t go there on weekends!

I love it there cric croc, it's good and despite what people say it DOES have things that aren't in any other Primark, it's just a nightmare at certain hours.

It's sooo cheap, why would people want to buy things from there?
