Loved the Marchesa dress with the exception of the train and I love love love the Maxime Simoens dress (the white one) but I can't stand her hair.

The Marchesa isn't something I'd pick for myself but she wears it really well, it's certainly the most dramatic thing I think I've seen her wear. It's very Cannes.

I can't decide on the pants look. I think the waist is too high, though; that zipper is uber long! But the pale colour, the bustier, her fair skin with bright lips, and having her hair pinned (slicked? swept?) back like that make for some serious drama. Hmmm... have to revisit it. But the pants I think are a "no" due to the overly long zip. Maybe it'll look better in different shots/angles.

gaaa, i need her to be in more movies. i can dig her looks at cannes. overall, she looks amazing, happy, and healthy! i don't like the middle part in her hair, though. i love that she's taking risks!
