She's gone blonder and the tone is quite right - the highlights almost look white-grey on my monitor. Please go darker, Rachel! I'm not even fussed by brunette/red/strawberry, but darker!

Thanks for clearing that up! I thought it looked like she had an odd ponytail of extensions, I was a bit concerned.
