Most vintage jackets have similar a cut... there is something wrong with the way the fall on the shoulders... Thanks for your post... Softgrey does seem to know everything doesn't she? I hope she's kind enough to give me some advise....although I'm not sure that this is the right thread for it... maybe I should post into the one asking advise on how to wear different items... I just wanted to get advise from the real rock n roll guys though, rather from just anyone.... .

You could use spins on the biker jacket. I have two, for example, that are made of cotton, which makes it look MUCH softer than the rugged leather one.

Although i dont find it all that easy to find clothes i like in this style. I get odd vintage peices here and there but nothing seems to flow into one awesome outfit

Rock'n'Roll has to be one of the most appealing styles to me in the world. As a lot of others have said, slap a skinny brit boy in ripped tight jeans and hand him a guitar...well....
I love Karen O to bits and peices for her clothes. And Nick Valensi from the Strokes is great, too. As for Pete Doherty, I can't quite imagine why he would be a muse for a collection, but I do love his music.

yeah,i tend to avoid leather rider jackets. Try looking for alternative types.

oh Tangerine, you are such a honey. thanks bunches for your comforting words! sure i will keep wearing the rock and roll look... i guess i dont even know how to wear any other look, to be honest with you! and the older i get the less i care about others' opinions about me so...

only i hope i wont end my days looking like some cheap Paul Smith rip off, ha, ha, ha.. as i would want to have a dignified look when i am over 60, hee, hee! i might not have then the energy to stand really cruel comments about my rock look at that age, hee, hee!
