i've just seen on TV the Masha Novoselova mishap, but very fastly..

from what i've seen, she didn't handle it that well.. she literally launched away the shoe!!!!!! probably in the audience

What was so bad about what Masha did? I fail to see it. She just took off the shoe that was falling off (or something). From the comments here I thought she threw it at someone.

well i guess the designer wasn't so happy when he saw the scene.. when the shoes went out of her foot, she could have taken with her hand or leave it in that place, as we see usually. that thing she did was unprofessional, i agree with àlabalencianga

We need to remember that the Masha had just one microsecond to decide what to do,so she though the best thing was to throw the shoe off instead of picking or fixing it

Yes, I agree that she could've taken it off aswell but imagine you would walk down that runway, suddenly noticing your shoe comes off and the only thing that prevents you from tripping (because this is how it looked like to me) is throwing the shoe away.
