So you mean to tell me Vaccarello gave, in my opinion, the best show/collection of FW 2020 and this is the campaign we get for it ? I certainly hoping that the bourgeois-meets-fetish element was going to continue in the campaign and I am thoroughly disappointed with these images we've seen so far. They are neither inspiring nor aspirational.

The first shot with Freja looks like it's an outtake from next month's British Vogue editorial, which is some sort of Saint Laurent advertorial. Did he extract this shot from that edit or was the edit copied off the campaign? Either way, how on earth does this lazy scammer get away with stuff like this?!?!

they work so much with Gaspar Noe, they even sponsored his latest Lux Aeterna which was first YSL promo short movie shown at Cannes, they produced few advertorials with him, i can imagine easily his shots with typical YSL-Vaccarello era girls (more than only Freja) lets even leave here Laetitia, she is historically YSL girl. in some Paris sex club with some hints of blurry sexual activity (lets recall love and irreversible scenes) on the background and girls with laid-back attitude posing in this fashionable latexwear mixed with YSL archive blazers and blouses.

Instead we have

• that useless frame
• this headless aesthetic
• this wrong choice of body type for clothes especially this off-nude underwear worn on flat-chected Freja combined with latex leggings on the 3rd shot
• and this Laetitia shot which is a copy of Helmut newton works (girl eating roses in the garden) and her latest 032 cover-story fw 2019 shot by Pierre Ange Carlotti

Wow, the 032C set and this campaign is a near-direct copy. Don't get me wrong, it happens all the time with the smaller photographers. I mean, Paola Kudacki made a career ripping off Newton. But for a photographer of Teller's stature, a supposed 'professor' of such high values who walked away from Marc Jacobs because shooting Miley Cyrus was beneath him, but clearly not shamelessly ripping off someone for the almighty buck.

Again....how on earth does he get away with it?

a bit better, but gosh i am soooo bored of this cropped heads
Really cropping shots and details close-ups was good only at Testino/Roitfeld works when you have some sultry details like nude boob or some accessory out of the place but really taking attention. otherwise it seems unnecessary, i understand they want to make accent on shoes and latexwear but damn, they`re obvious...
just want to remind you guys that we have 6 images with heads out of 14 at the moment
