i don't know which kinds of plastic surgery claudia has had done, but her face has become so 'unpleasant' for me to look at that i can only like her when it's kinda covered by shadows (chanel f/w 08.09) or when the angle makes it hard to see (ysl s/s 09)... in this ad it looks quite bad, and i wouldn't blame only the retouching.

I really do not like her expression in this photo, it gives of this "Nicole Kidman Botox" look as if her face is paralyzed and she can't move it anymore. The atmosphere and styling of the campaign is lovely though.

I may be the only one to think this ad is ridiculous... Actually, it's not the ad, it's Claudia's expression. She looks so... weird! Oh god, this almost makes me laugh.
