Thanks for the feedback everyone! I don't think they look cheap and nasty just because they are made of plastic. Its not like they have a clear platform and a stiletto heel which is totally in stripper territory. I think its all about what you wear them with, but I'm still on the fence about them because plastic is not the most comfortable material to wear on your feet.

I was thinking wearing them with leggings/tights or socks (patterned or solid) would make the open part look better and add an interesting element?
