Mag is available nationwide. A lot of newsstands here in NY carry it, if you can't find it you can always get it at the super stocked Universal Newstand on Broadway.

Karlo told me If is probably the only place that carries the womens stuff. It's at 94 grand st. I believe.

Nope didn't see any of that, but then again I didn't want to see much of the collection at all. At the end there were 3 guys taking the honors for the collection so that might be a clue.
