thanks VICTIM for your help, I will pass those onto my friend.:flower:I hope they like her. So are all these agencies open just to drop into every day of the week?:flower:

Actually, there is a top end for height for models. You can be too tall. Samples are made for a standard model size ... which for a female fashion model is at least 5'9" to about 5'11". At 6' you are at the top end. The clothes no longer fit the way they were intended if a model is taller than 6'.

^ i dont think on weekends but i'm pretty sure in the weekdays there are certain times for open calls i dunno have a look on there websites and it will say

A guy can be too tall, too. But I'm not sure if the upper height requirement ... I'm thinking its about 6'2" or 6'3" from what I've heard. Anybody know for sure?

I'm nearly 6'4, I'll just tell the agencies I'm 6'3".

Hello everyone! I posted a while back here about possibly starting modeling but then I chickened out shortly afterwards haha. Well, after the thought just wouldn't leave my mind, I've decided to make an actual attempt this time. As background info, I'm 16 (but 17 next month), live in Vancouver and I'm Romanian-Canadian. My measurements are 33-23-34, I'm 5'10.5'' but my thighs are slightly more muscular than most models I've seen. I was wondering what agencies I should submit my snapshots to? I only know of Lizbell and VMH in Vancouver. Any info on how to go about approaching agencies is very much appreciated. Thank you!

I'm going to meet with some people from Elite tomorrow in Boston :woot:

...I am so nervous though :ermm:

^thanks

...but what should i wear? hair up, hair down, makeup or no makeup?

^Good luck cutxpaste:lucky:
im not sure on the hair, but I would say little make up or non, just to cover up any spots if you have any?:flower:
