Is she portraying a theatre director? Cannot actually see the clothes well and the lighting on the coat is horribly photoshopped.

This is like an Annie Leibowitz outtake :(

So baad this are much better the Karen Elson ads Craig Mcdean copy Annie Leibowitz so baad all!!

I dont like the shirt/blouse she's wearing. It does nothing for her figure and makes her neck non-existent.

These are pretty terrible imo, especially when I think of Angelina's campaigns.

Have to agree about the Annie-comparison. The setting and the lightning remind me very much of Annie. I also wonder about the style since McDeans shoots usually look a little different.

They could have picked a better outfit. It makes her look older.

oh boy..look mor elike movie stills, maybe they should go back to the cougar format

very weak looking particularly if you think of angelina's and karen's ones...also it doesn't look like mcdean's work at all

awful! these looks like shots for this is hollywood or entertainment weekly  bring back karen!!!!!!!!

I think, this is first actual campaign image.

STRIKING A POSE: Kate Winslet turns sultry for St. John in the brand’s fall ad campaign, a key part of its strategy to reposition the brand for a younger customer. Shot in April at a retro Jersey City movie theater, Winslet appears in figure-hugging St. John dresses, stretched full-length on stage or perched sexily on a chair. The campaign, which drops in September books, is part of the actress’ year-long contract with the California-based knitwear house and mark the first time she has done a fashion campaign. “They want to keep it looking like me and not have it look like me pretending to be a model wearing these clothes,” said Winslet of the concept. “I’m obviously not a model. I’m not the size of a model. I don’t have the face of a model or the shape of a model.”

^ Best image of the bunch. Love Kate so Im happy they finally got a good pic for the campaign.

I adore her campaign shot! She looks absolutely gorgeous

I think it's pretty obvious the others were never part of the campaign but merely behind the scenes / promo shots?

Not a fan of this designer at all, but the first image of Kate is glorious. :flower:

She looks good indeed but the ad is quite boring.

I'm not sure about these. They are so different to the ones McDean usually does, not him at all!
