I used to watch a lot of them, but now I dont...anyway my favorite on is El clon (a bit overrated but I loved it...), and then pobre diabla enamorada and a very old one from peru Gorrion...

oh my god, o clone.... man that one was sooo popular, the country was freakin' riveted by it, but I didn't like it much, the music drove me crazy.

however, on a side note, I have a little story about the 2 main actors, (giovanna antonelli and murilo benicio). When they were in that novela there were rumors starting that they were an item, but it wasn't yet admitted by them. But then I was at the airport in rio, getting on a flight to miami, and they were there, together! I was so excited that I had busted them!! If only tmz existed and cared about brasilian celebrities, I could have made some $$.

OH NO, I soooo remember that one! I was a little girl when I saw it, and the end TOTALLY confused me Pretty clever for a telenovela

I'm Venezuelan and I naturally favor telenovelas from my country; since I've moved to Belgium, I can only catch the ones on TVE. Right now they have "La Tormenta" (Colombia...) and a Mexican one called Corazon Partido (I think?)

i loved this ... we had these telenovelas back home and i grew up watching them (dubbed of course) ... i've always love the evil twin (maria paula) ... so much fun! and i remember la viuda de blanco ... the one with maria helena doering ... she's gorgeous ... and then there's acapulco (cuerpo y alma) and the ones you already mentioned ...

oh please, I went out of town for the last few days which means I have 3 hours worth of my novela to catch up on when I get home from work tonight, before I even start with tonight's episode. considering I only slept for 4 hours last night I should really be sleeping, but you better believe I will watch all of this tonight.

Tellenovellas ar quite popular in Africa. Theres one i really loved cuendo seas mias....their interior decor on set was stunning! Some of the novellas are great others ar plain annoying. Does anyone remmber no one but you and wild rose? Theres a Brazillian novella set in different eras i forgt wat its called...i lov its soundtrack

My favourite ones are the brazilian ones, I've only seen a few mexican ones.

My favourite ones outside Brazil were "Maria Del Barrio" and "La Usurpadora".

At least I think those were the names

Do you remember Wild Angel (Muñeca brava ) with Natalia Oreiro and Facundo Arana? I've been watching it when I was couple years younger. I really liked it when I was 12...
The second telenovela I remember form the past is Preciosa.
Now I really do not like soap operas and telenovelas!

OMG! Munheca Brava and La usurpadora... here there was such a ruckus for La usurpadora that they brought Ms Spanic here for interviews!!!!

I think they even had to move the news timeslot cuz of it!
