scumbag really needs to go to jail and his whole career needs to be flushed down the toilet never to rise again.

The brazenness of him, to publish images of sexual abuse obtained through coercion in his book..... of course, he got away with it for as long as he did because of his legions of celebrity/higher-echelon fashion apologists and enablers (including his assistants and the model agencies) who put shock value ahead of the safety of the women he photographed.
