you can get it at trader joes or whole foods or stores like that. you can dilute it with water depending on how sensitive your skin is. you get red for a minute or so, but it calms down. and the vapors make your eyes water. lol.
so if you can tolerate the smell, try it out. i was using it, but my bf is very sensitive to smells, so i had to stop using it.
