What are the benefits of eating fish, and does it work? Have you noticed anything after increasing the amount of fish you eat?

TheKiwi said:Yeah, haibut, mahi mahi, and tuna have a lot of mercury. Basically the bigger the fish is, the more mercury it has. Salmon is the healthiest fish because it has the most amount of omega-3's and the least amount of mercury supposedly.
