^ Thanks so much for posting. Shocked at the MC numbers, like huh? But then i don't get UK Harpers appeal either, its always the same, dated, drab content! Not that they have impressive numbers!
UK Vogue seems to be doing well, but i feel like Edward could take it over 200K per issue, if he brings his A game, and doesn't repeat the Feb reprint fiasco!
Can someone explain to me how on earth Marie Claire can average 157K per issue with messy art direction, reprints, and ??? Ok, so sometimes I find myself reading the content on a lazy Sunday afternoon, but it's hardly worth investing month after month! What does that say about our women?
I mentioned in another thread that Harper's got way more ad pages than Vogue for March. And not from fur traders, from actual bluechip brands. I can see why! The direction is concise and direct, issue after issue, the audience have cash to burn. I mean, they are showing a growth of 4%. A growth, any growth, is remarkable. The March issue also marked the inclusion of a more 'saucier' for choice of better words, editorial and I think at some stage their aesthetic won't be so 'conservative' anymore. I know it's not for you,

, but I can see why other, older woman latch onto it.
As for Vogue, the true test of Edward's newsstand success can only be measured in August this year. This figure of 190K is not on him. Vogue fell to 190K for the previous half, so somehow Alexandra and the interim editor kept that figure steady. I'd like to know how February fared.
Meanwile, Vogue Paris for 2017:
Feb - Anna Ewers - 115,619.
Mar - Valentina Sampaio - 99,611.
Apr - Christy - 100,285.
May - Vittoria - 101,064.
June/July - Gisele - 145,978.
August - Gisele - 142,069.
September - Edie - 110,196.
October - Cara - 119,083.
November - Rianne van Rompaey - 93,914.
December/January - Rihanna - 138,352.
I'm not surprised that Rianne van Rompaey sold so poorly, that cover was terrible. Also not surprised that Rihanna turned a measly 138K for a dual month. But Gisele's fur cover turned 142K?????

Crikey!
