I don't agree with all the ranks but I do like the fact that Mr-dale using a specific point system... Of course there might be a better point-system, but none of them is perfect IMO and I appreciate the effort he puts in doing this top75 every month... You might not like how this works but this is most definitely not subjective as it's in no way based on personal opinion :flower:

What I Mean Is That One Model Is Not Better Or Worse For Being 1 Ranking Or 75 Ranking. It's only a ranking done by one person who study models careers but is not something official,....

Nobody ever said it was about certain models being better than others... It's just about who gets more work, who books the biggest jobs...

And for the record, some rankings like models.com's are "official" but far from reality so... :flower:

Am totally agree with U, I only meant everybody relax because it's only a list,......... that's all

Let me clarify once again for those who aren't sure...this list is completely objected. None of my own preferences are worked into this list. It follows a strict system of points for jobs done and doesn't base itself on status or buzz (allthough minor points are given for buzz and status - that being in the body of 10 points for appearing on the MDC Top 50). I never said this list is perfect and is the only right list. If anything, it's just a different view on model rankings which offers current, monthly standings which (as you see) fluctuate heavily. It's a models' version of the Billboard Hot 100, so to say...

I think that you do a wonderful job. Thank you for all the hard work. I enjoy looking over the list.:flower::flower::flower:

hmmm.. :shifty:

perusing the list, like Mr.Dale already stated, of course it's not "perfect", but i think it's as close to accurate as possible.

& as Gemeferron said, also, it's just a list. Nothing to get worked up over. Even though it is very unlikely, whoever's @ #1 could very well be #20 next month or have a BIG decline. Being on top this one month means nothing, consistency is more important than anything, IMO ;)

Mr-Dale I don't know if you know this, but anyway ... Abbey Lee was exclusive for Gucci

We buzzed it here first last December. We suspected Abbey Lee was going to kill the runways of NY, which is exactly what she did. That was followed by a Gucci exclusive in Milan which now leaves Paris as the last leg of this young Aussie’s fashion marathon. Of course she’s wanted for everything which means she’s running hard to hit that finish line as “Girl Of The Season”.
MDC

& I just saw in W March, Olga Sherer has the Dior ''Black Out'' make up campaign!

I knew about Abbey! The points for F/W 08.09 will be included in the March list. But I didn't know about Olga, so thanks :D I will add the points to her adlist :)

I know

No campaigns, no big eds, only one big couture show :(

Yes of course it does! But New York shows aren't enough to keep you on the list...a model needs to work constantly...remember, the runway shows only form a sixth of the total ammount of points given. Runwayshows S/S 08+November+December+January+February+Ads S/S 08=total score. If a girl doesn't collect enough points in all 6 parts then she drops. And that is what happened to Han (she just missed the boat by the way, ending at 76 :()

i need to start a fantasy model pool at work. :p since i'm barely familiar with only a third of the girls in the 75, i can't even objectively say that i understand or agree/disagree. i'm just happy that michaela is back on the list, and that erin heatherton is as well. thank you very much Mr-Dale for compiling. :flower:

where did ksenia kahnovich and georgina stojilkovic  rank in February?

You are welcome! :D

Ksenia at 132...Georgina is yet to gather points and I can't wait for that to happen

:( did you count advertising for Nordstrom and Bloomingdales which was published in these months?

And can you tell me where Kinee Diouf ranked :ninja: ?

^^ I did actually (I subscribe to her thread of course :p ) That gave her 20 points. Perhaps her Vogue China ed will put her back on for March....the way it's looking now, she will be back, but we are from from the eventual list for March so don't pin me down...

Kinee Diouf at 135 :flower: (she needs some serious bookings asap :judge: )

Ugh, Coco is still #1.
Yea the whole US Vogue bunch is still up there
AND STILL BORING THE HELL OUTTA ME:p
New Faces Anna! When I look back on my Vogue issue's I'd rather not see
those three Coco Raquel and Caroline
But Thanks again Mr.Dale!!!
