Has anyone ever seen the israeli film Walk on Water?

It's in English (with parts in Hebrew & German that are subtitled). I thought it was quite an interesting and modern take on Israeli/German relations. I highly recommend it!

I watched Broken Embraces and I cannot get over how good the movie was! It was typical Almodovar but his style never gets old to me. It thrilling, funny, clever, visually appealing, easily one of his best. Penelope's best for sure!

The Nun's Story is great indeed. But I'm a fan of Zinnemann, so I'm biased, haha.

Ahhh, The Nuns' Story. In my opinion, this was Audrey's acting at her greatest but it usually just gets overlooked because it's not as "fashionable" as her other roles. But I love watching her in this movie.

IA! The Nun's Story is sooooo amazingly good. That last scene is epic. She really should have gotten an Oscar for that role.

Yes,why didn't Audrey get the Academy Award for that marvelous understated piece of true emotion!?! she had so much in common with Marie Louise Habets, whom the true story is about that Kathryn Hulme wrote.

I saw Gypsy Caravan last night which is really beautiful-these 8 different Romani ("gypsy") bands/musicians/dancers from around the world go on a tour of America, it is truly moving. They have had to go through so much hardship for their whole history.I tell everyone to see this,we don't know anything about hardships.
And Unmistaken Child is so beautiful too.It is a documentary about a Buddhist monk in Nepal whose master dies and he has to find the reincarnation of his master. It is such a pure and moving work.

I saw Disco Pigs a few years ago and I could watch it so many times. The characters are really disturbing but beautiful and sympathetic.

Fritz Lang's M is one of my favourite films of all time. Peter Lorre's performance is amazing. You can watch the entire film on youtube too.

28 days later and Princess Mononoke are two of my other favourite films.
