Too bad.No -ankle size is determined genetically by the length of your achilles tendon. I mean if you were seriously overweight and lost the weight you might look a little slimmer, but otherwise there's nothing you can do if you've got cankles. Just avoid shoes with ankle straps.
They`re not a problem I have normal ankles,I just want them to be well shaped.I thought there might be an exercise that might target that area.never heard about ankles being a problem, thats new to me
