It's very easy!

If you're on a Mac using Safari (like me), you can just drag the picture into the URL bar and then paste the address.

If you're using a PC, you can right click and open the image in a new window. Then copy and paste the address.

Then when replying, click the 'IMG' button and paste the image's URL in.

If Bridget Hall is with IMG that might be her in the back left....
