The ultimate ritual

Keep it simple:
Cleanse face 2x daily
Moistruze after cleansing, with sunscreen in morning
Use body wash only after working out or when you really need it
Shampoo every other day, condition long hair every day
Moisturize hands whenever you wash them, or whenever you feel like it, rub into cuticles especially
Keep nails short and clean
Body lotion when you need it

Could anyone that answers please be specific what product exactly they're using, buth for skincare and make up? That would help a lot :flower:

SKINCARE
I use a lot of products for my skin, both on my face and body and my skin is both easily sensitive and then normal to dry, so I always examine it after cleansing to see how it looks and what products to accordingly use that day. Therefore, my routines are never the same. I'll just list what I use.
Cleansers
La Prairie Foam Cleanser
La Prairie Cellular Comforting Cleansing Emulsion
Biologique Recherche Lait U Vegetal Cleansing Milk (I rarely use this except for maybe in hotter climates when my skin becomes more oily)
Toners
La Prairie Cellular Softening and Balancing Lotion
La Prairie Soothing Mist
Serums
La Prairie Cellular Retexturizing Booster
La Prairie Cellular Desensitizing Serum
La Prairie Cellular Nurturing Complex
ReVive Intensite Volumizing Serum
SK-II Facial Treatment Essence
Clarins Skin Beauty Repair Concentrate
Natura Bisse DNA Drops Diamond Shield
Treatment Products
Natura Bisse DNA Diamond Mask
Natura Bisse Sensitive Mask
Natura Bisse DermaRepair
Natura Bisse Intense Glyco Peel

La Prairie Cellular Energizing Mask
La Prairie Cellular Cycle Ampoules
SK-II Facial Treatment Mask
La Prairie Cellular Microdermabrasion Cream
Sisley Daily Line Reducer
Biologique Recherche P50V Balancing Exfoliant (for body)
Moisturizers
La Prairie Cellular Anti-Redness Nurturing Cream
La Prairie Cellular Resurfacing Cream
La Prairie Cellular Night Repair Cream
Biologique Recherche Creme Verte Espoir
Natura Bisse Extreme Diamond Cream
Sisley All Day All Year
Sunscreen
Natura Bisse Sun Defense Cream SPF 30

For diet I try and not eat much meat, except I like fish and some chicken, salads, fruits/vegs, no sugar or carb intake after 5 p.m. and water all day long. I do like my coffee which is so dehydrating and so I try to balance it out with water.

For exercise I work out almost every day, with a lot of focus on cardio and I probably run 50-60 miles a week, including on gym equipment, and core and strength training every other day.

Sorry I cant sum up a daily ritual, all I know is that every day I will go to the gym and watch what I eat and hopefully go shopping!

Skin:
Bioderma sebium cleanser/toner
Biderma sebium cream
brown sugar exfoliation 2 a week
montagne jeneusse masks 2 a week (I like those with sauna effect)

Hair:
dove shampoo
l'oreal elseve silk proteins conditioner
l'oreal elseve silk proteins hair mask 2 a week

Body:
yves rocher shower gels (verviene, green tea)
aqoulina body milk
l'oreal perfect slim night anti-cellulite body lotion before I go to bed

In the shower (morning)
Wash my face and neck with Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel or Precleanse while shampooing with The Body Shop's ginger shampoo.
Sometimes shampooing with John Frieda Sheer Blonde, let sit for a minute while exfoliating face with Matas Skrubbecreme. Every 2-3 days
Deep condition hair with Gliss 1 minute hair masque while exfoliating legs + butt with The Body Shop Strawberry Body Polish
At some point I find the time to wash with whatever shoer gel me and BF are using..
All this in 7 minutes B)

Out of the shower
Wrap hair in a towel
Apply Clarins Eye Contour Gel
Apply Decleor Essential Balm on face and neck
Let everything dry while eating breakfast
Apply concealer, powder, do my brows, mascara...and then I'm off

In the evening
Cleanse and remove makeup with Dermalogica Precleanse
Apply Clarins Eye Contour Gel
Apply Decleor Essential Balm to face and neck, minus the eyes
Apply Eight Hour Cream to lips and dry spots
Brush my hair (I rarely brush my hair, do it in the evening every 2-3 days)

This covers everything for me.

Oh yeah, I ride my bike to school...about 10 km a day. And then yoga and pilates whenever I feel like it. I don't eat too healthy all the time, but I manage.

However...I don't always find the time to do my nails. But today I bought a nail shiner and those rosewood-thingies for the cuticles, wonder if I ever remember to use it

Mornings:
Brush my teeth
Cleanse and moisturize my face (Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer)
Apply SPF on my hands, face and neck (Either Aveeno SPF 30 or Neutrogena 45 SPF) and use SPF lip balm all day
Put at least a little make up on, usually just eyeliner and concealer
I always eat breakfast!

Nights:
Cleanse and moisturize again
Floss! I love flossing and I think that's why I have no cavaties
Brush my teeth
Apply acne medication if necessary

Bathing:
I take a bath once or twice a week and:
Use a generous amount of epsom and sea salts at a 2:1 ratio
Steam and put on a clay facial masque
Exfoliate my face and body (St. Ives Apricot scrub for sensitive skin)
Moisturize afterwards (Vaseline lotion)
I, of course, also take nightly showers after working out as well

Workouts:
I run at least 5 miles four times a week on the treadmill
Three times a week, I bicycle for 30 minutes at a moderate to high intensity
I also lift weights and work on my abdominals three times a week
I stretch everyday and try and do my physiotherapy exercises for my back

Diet:
I'm a vegetarian, so I never eat meat. However, I do consume animal by-products and seafood, so I'm technically a lacto-ovo-pescetarian and not really a vegetarian
I'm starting to take omega-3, calcium, vitamin e and multivitamin supplements everyday
I also always eat at least 8 to 10 vegetable and fruit servings, drink lots of water and try to drink at least three glasses of soy milk daily

I just realized that my routine is so terribly dull, wow.

I've gotten into the habit of doing two very easy things on the way out of the shower, both of which are pretty effective. Just before I get out of the shower, I rinse with very cold water. It wakes me up in the morning, and I can always tell that my hair is less shiny if I skip this little step. It's definitely something you have to get used to, but not impossible to enjoy it. After I get out of the shower, while my cuticles are still wet, I use the dry towels to push them back. My nails remain in really good condition because of this, and it takes less than 15 seconds.

Creating good habits and rituals is the surest way to maintain your looks and will save you time and effort from day to day.
