Ahh! I haven't checked this thread in quite some time but I've decided to narrow down my vegetarianism and go vegan for the month of February. I just feel like I need a detox (I've gained a few pounds this winter and feel like most of the unhealthy food I eat is made with milk, eggs and/or cheese) and to be just be healthier but I am quite worried I will eat dairy or something without even realizing it.


I wish we had them here too!

oat milk tastes great in coffee too! and then there's also rice milk and almond milk (but almond milk is expensive here... €3 for one litre? no thanks!)
