There is also this stuff called Ener-G Egg Replacer which I've never used, but I've heard from a lot of vegans that they like it. You could also use silken tofu, flax seeds, or soy yogurt. Read more about replacing eggs with these things here: http://www.theppk.com/veganbaking.html -- That site is very helpful, and it tells you which of the above listed "egg replacers" work best for eat type of food you're cooking or baking.

I said yes, then called and said i couldnt make it. Hes my friend, but i will not be sidetracked from my lifestyle for him.
Anyhoo, has anyone tried Kashi's Go Lean cereal? It is marvelous with a cup of Light Silk Soymilk. I picked some up last week, and when i tell you it has become my MUST HAVE for breakfast, i mean it! What a light, delicious cereal, it is.

I want to try cakes, but the ones I have tried so far haven't been anything spectacular, I wanted to know if someone here had tried & tested recipes.
kisa said:I'm kind of confused...what's wrong with pizza? I wonder if you are a vegan? I also wonder why we don't have a seperate veganism thread, because this thread being called vegetarian and being full of vegan information has to be confusing to a lot of people.
TheKiwi said:I like that idea. I've often thought about that too! Veganism and vegetarianism are very different.
